From your enquiry, we will carry out a detailed survey of the properties with a dedicated surveyor from our team, these include asbestos risk assessment, cable fixings by the likes of BT and utility companies, ventilation requirements and any special requirements for example limited access to the property, such as over a conservatory.
The survey then goes to our dedicated estimating department who will then compile all the relevant information to create a comprehensive, detailed quote / tender for the client's inspection.
This is in our opinion offers the client the best tender as it is inclusive of all the costs involved.
Prior to commencement of works, DMD will appoint one of our own dedicated contract managers specifically for your project, this manager then works closely with our teams of installers and your representatives. Often attending meetings with residents or even hand delivering letters informing residents of imminent works.
